The Society’s President Lt. Col. Pat Paterson died on the 7th July, exactly 2 months since the death of his good friend George Tait. Pat spent 50 years supporting and promoting equestrian tourism throughout Scotland and he was a great campaigner for raising standards of trekking centres and staff throughout Scotland. Please see the news page for a tribute to Pat.
