Argyll Trail Riding retired from running week
long trail rides in 2010 but are still offering a trail riding
service for riders with their own horses.
Part of the Horse Welcome scheme, Brenfield is the perfect
base to enjoy a fun filled holiday, riding on open hills, forest
trails and swimming in the sea with a choice of on site self
catering accommodation in a farm cottage or bunkhouse.
Qualified instruction and clay pigeon shooting is available
by arrangement with regular BHS Trek training and competitions
taking place. Brenfield
is able to tailor your holiday and provide a guided service to visit
historic sites, standing stones, old castles and
routes off the beaten track,
through their years of experience of the area.
Livery is available at Brenfield throughout the
year and well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement.

from Glasgow, takes experienced riders only. Most rides are on forestry
tracks and hills over 5000 acres. Beach and picnic rides can be arranged,
