This small trail riding business offers intimate riding
experiences on horses and ponies that live together all year
round. The
surrounding countryside and trails are really
excellent allowing long rides, with minimal roadwork,
through forest and moorland
as well as beach rides along the
beautiful Moray coast. There are facilities to bring your
own horse or pony for B&B stabling.
Adult beginners are
welcome as are experienced riders and children as young as
ten if accompanied and with some prior riding
experience.

Riding on reliable surefooted homebred Highland ponies, enjoy the
wildlife along the forestry tracks and hills around Glen Shiel.
Access to the shoreline enables you trek along the beach where you
can take the ponies for a swim. Rides can be arranged from
a 20 minute lead rein ride for children aged 10 and over, hourly
treks for the inexperienced adult and day rides for experienced
riders.
The centre is open from Easter until October. Please book in
advance as space is limited. |
