TRSS is the only organisation solely concerned with equestrian tourism in Scotland and all its ramifications. It sets and maintains the highest standards of management, riding techniques, horse welfare and safety, by means of training courses, regular inspections and an advisory service. It is a founder member of the Scottish Equestrian Association, which is a member of the Scottish Tourism Forum, as well as other outdoor activity bodies. It provides many vital services for members, including help with marketing.
